For online orders only: If you have any problem with your purchase, you may ship the return back to us for a refund (less shipping) within 5 days after your merchandise arrives. After 5 days, you may return your order for a store credit within 10 days of arrival.
Due to increased costs, there is now a $3 restocking fee for each pair of returned shoes that were ordered online.
For in-store purchases: Shoes that were fitted in our store may be returned for exchange or store credit within 24 hours. Shoes that were not fitted may be returned within 24 hours for a full refund, or within 4 days for an exchange or store credit.
Please note: Sale items may be returned within 24 hours for exchange only. Clearance shoes are final sale.
> Shoes must be in new, unworn condition and in their original undamaged box to be eligible for return or exchange. Please do not affix shipping label directly on the shoebox; returns must be sent with an outer box.
> When returning, please include the original order confirmation in the box.
> Periodically, shoes may be defective due to manufacturing deficiencies. Upon inspection, we will accept returns of defective shoes within 30 days of purchase. At the discretion of our team, shoes may be repaired or exchanged.
> Adornments such as ribbons, bows, flowers, etc. can be delicate and require extra care. We are not responsible for damage to adornments.
